documents, Word documents, prompt packs, ebooks, and course materials. No
physical goods are sold or shipped.

digital products are delivered immediately upon successful payment via a
download link sent to your registered email address.

You are
responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at the time of purchase.

not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder

3. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content, products, and

of Agent Setup SG and are protected by Singapore copyright law and applicable
international copyright treaties.

to the text, prompts, frameworks, layouts, and design, are owned exclusively by

purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence

credit card or banking information. Prices are subject to change at any time.
The price at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

7. GST

Agent Setup SG is currently a
GST-exempt business. Our prices do not include GST. If our business crosses the
GST registration threshold, we will update our pricing and tax handling
accordingly and notify customers.

8. User Responsibilities

By purchasing our products, you

Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Agent Setup SG sells digital products only, including ebooks, prompt packs, templates, and guides. All products are delivered electronically and are available for immediate download upon payment.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered to your email address.

This is standard practice for digital product sellers globally, consistent with the policies of major digital marketplaces including Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Etsy Digital, and Amazon Kindle.

2. No Refunds After Delivery

Refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.

• You found similar content available elsewhere.

• You did not read the product description fully before purchasing.

• You did not use the product or found it was not what you expected.

• You did not achieve the results you hoped for (results depend on individual effort and application).

• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

• You no longer need the product.

• You are unhappy with the AI tools the prompts are designed for.

3. Exceptions: Technical Failures Only

We will only consider a refund or replacement in the following limited technical circumstances:

• You did not receive your download link after purchase and we are unable to re-deliver it within 24 hours of you contacting us.

• The file you downloaded is corrupted and cannot be opened on any standard device, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file.

• You were charged incorrectly — for example, you were billed twice for the same order.

In any of these situations, please contact us at agentsetupsg@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details. We will investigate and resolve the technical issue. Where a refund is warranted, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Note: A refund will not be issued simply because you experienced difficulty opening a file. Standard PDF and Word (.docx) files are compatible with free applications available on all devices including mobile phones. Please contact us if you need assistance accessing your file.

4. Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us and giving us the opportunity to resolve your concern, we reserve the right to:

• Dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of product delivery.

• Block your account from future purchases.

• Take further action if fraudulent chargeback activity is identified.

We are a small Singapore business and we handle every customer concern personally and fairly. Please reach out to us before escalating to your bank — we will always try to find a reasonable resolution for genuine issues.
